General Requirements: Prospective applicants should have experience with children in a formal setting. Wilderness experience is also beneficial. CPR and First Aid certifications are required by the state of Colorado. Higher levels of certification (EMT, WFR, WFA, Lifeguarding, etc.) are beneficial as well. As stated in the individual job descriptions all staff must be at least 21 years of age, with the exception of the Assistant Counselors, the Assistant Wrangler and the Nanny, who must be at least 18 with one year of college completed. Creativity, enthusiasm, and a willingness to work long hours are required!
