You can now download the enrollment information and forms. Even if you have asked to have them mailed to you, you may view them at this time. It comes in two parts; the enrollment information packet, and the enrollment form.

If you plan to fill out the online application, please download and print out both parts. Once the form has been completely filled out, you may either mail or fax it back to us. Also, note that a $600 deposit is due in order to secure a spot for the summer.

To view and print the enrollment information and form you will need to have the free Adobe Acrobat Reader on your computer. If you do not have this you can obtain it by clicking on the button below and following Adobe's installation instructions:

If you are using Internet Explorer as your WWW browser and you have Adobe Acrobat installed, when you click on the links below the documents will load into your web browser window and you will be able to print them from there.

If you are using Netscape Navigator, you will need to download the file to a location on your hard drive before you can open it. When you click on the link below to download the file you will be prompted to give the location on your hard drive where the file will be placed. Be sure to remember where this location is so that you can find it once it is downloaded.
